| | Return/Exchange Policy
Hotels in BolognaBooks purchased from us may be returned for exchange or refund, subject to these conditions:- Book(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 15 days, at your expense, and must arrive in acceptable condition with CDs still sealed (if included).
- For exchanges, replacement book(s) will be shipped to you at your expense.
- For refunds, a credit will be applied to your credit card after the returned book(s) is/are received by us. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss of books being returned to us.
Should you receive a damaged or defective book from us, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our expense.
